2022
The creative project revolves around the core concepts of "people" and "rivers," proposing the idea of "a river for all." In the city, to appreciate the river, one must cross through urban renewal zones, traverse buildings and cement embankments. In another world, there are wetlands, rivers, and roads, where people go about their daily lives and participate in the flow.
The artwork is an interactive installation placed in the Banqiao 435 Art Zone's White Sands area, displayed as a horizontal white lightbox, reminiscent of an Eastern multi-perspective long river painting. During the day, visitors add colors to the sand, recording memories and imaginations of the river, which intertwine over time. After the area closes, the artwork continues to glow, with the sand transforming into a river in the play of light and shadow. Viewers can appreciate the images left on the sand from the outside.
